Equippers Church invites you and your family to celebrate the Wonder of Christmas! Our annual celebration includes sing-along carols, performance items, and a short Christmas message – suitable for the whole family. After the show we warmly invite you to stay and enjoy some great festive hospitality. This year we have three showings of our Christmas Celebration, two showings on Saturday 16th December, at 5pm and 7pm, and the third on Sunday 17th December at 5pm. All performances will be at Cleves School in Weybridge. All proceeds will go to Action on Podoconiosis Association (APA) in Ethiopia. FAQs How long is my ticket valid for on the night? Tickets are valid until 15 minutes before the service starts. After this point, entry to the service will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. What is APA? APA is a charity that reaches out to people who suffer from Podoconiosis. Podoconiosis is a disease caused by exposure of bare feet to particular soil types, it causes swelling and serious disfigurement to a person’s legs and feet. We have been partnering with APA for a number of years and want to continue supporting this life-changing charity. Is there parking onsite? There is parking available on the school grounds, however, spaces are limited so be sure to come early. Do I need to bring my printed ticket to the event? You can either download and print your paper ticket at the link provided in your confirmation email or show them as e-tickets on the door. What’s the refund policy? If you are not able to attend this event due to an unforeseeable circumstance, Equippers Church will be able to issue a refund up to 30 days prior to the event. If a refund is requested after the 30 days please understand that Equippers will not be able to issue a refund. Is my ticket transferrable? If you are unable to attend the event you are able to pass your ticket on to someone else. If you decide to pass your ticket on, please contact us at [email protected] and let us know the name of the person taking your ticket. Is there children’s provision? Our celebrations are designed for the whole family and so there will not be a separate children programme. We will have a parent and baby room available with a live stream. Do I need to buy a ticket for my child too? Each ticket represents one seat so please do purchase tickets for any children you intend to bring. Children under the age of 2 years old are free. Can I hold seats for friends on the night? Please arrive with the group you wish to sit with as seats cannot be held. Contact email [email protected] Related
