Senior Pastors

Mark and Monica are the Senior Pastors of Equippers Church Surrey. Having first begun a career as an airline pilot with British Airways, Mark felt the call to enter full-time ministry in 2003, delighting his father by becoming a second generation pastor. Mark has a passion to see people discover their full potential and be empowered to live out a faith-filled life for Jesus. Mark and Monica have been married for 16 years and they have four amazing children.

Ps Neil & Karen Harvey

Location Pastors - Surrey

Neil and Karen have been part of Equippers for just over a year, but have been close friends for many, many years.

Neil is one of our Pastors looking after and supporting many of our community projects we have going on – projects such as; Friday Fun, Local School Work, Who Let the Dads Out, Revolution Youth and more.

Neil and Karen are passionate about connecting with people and helping them move forward in life’s journey.

Ps Barry & Sarah Roberts

Location Pastors - Essex

Barry and Sarah have led Kesed Church in Colchester (now Equippers Essex) for many years. Barry is one of the most passionate people we know – he is passionate about Jesus, his family and football.

Before going into full time ministry Barry was a Youth Pastor, under Ps Peter Prothero, and was a professional footballer!

Barry and Sarah have 2 children, Evie and Josh.

Ps Thom & Anna Yates

Location Pastors - Richmond

Thom & Anna Yates are the Location Pastors of Equippers Church in Richmond. They first met whilst studying at University in Chester. In 2012, as Anna finished her final year of university, Thom completed an internship at Equippers Church and has been on staff at Equippers since. Anna is a Primary School teacher and is passionate about seeing a generation of children reach their full potential.

In 2020 Anna & Thom studied at Equippers College in Auckland, NZ; this became formative in their development towards church leadership.

Both Thom & Anna are highly relational and thrive when working alongside others. They have a heart to serve the church and to see God’s Kingdom advance.
